West Cork Black Cask Irish Whiskey is a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt whiskey (34%), matured in first-fill bourbon casks for three years, then polished for another year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The end result is a beautifully balanced whisky with a taste of vanilla and lingering sweetness.
