Teerenpeli Kulo 7 Years is a dark-coloured single malt whisky from Finland. This expression has been matured for seven years in ex-sherry casks (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez). Its aroma is particularly powerful, with a strong presence of cranberries surrounded by various other wild berries. This is followed by a note of damp moss and deliciously sweet apricots. Its flavour is deep, rich and full of subtle spices. Slightly fruity with a lingering hint of smoke. The sherry casks impart a distinct touch of dried fruit, along with raisins and stewed oak. The finish is quite delicate, with spicy chilli flakes and a soft note of smoke
