Spice King by Wemyss Malts is a lively and characterful blended malt in which spiciness and subtle smoke take centre stage. The whisky opens aromatically with notes of pepper, nutmeg and cloves, underpinned by soft hints of vanilla, honey and citrus.

On the palate, an elegant combination of malty sweetness and light peat smoke creates a lovely balance. Notes of toasted oak, dried herbs and a hint of sea salt add extra depth without overpowering the whisky. Maturation in predominantly bourbon casks keeps the whole fresh and approachable, whilst the spicy accents provide complexity and length.
