A 6-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich's esteemed Octomore range. Fully matured in American oak casks. The Octomore 10-series explores ‘softer smoke’ and as such was timed to 114PPM.
Experience
Smell: Coastal peat, balanced by milky coffee and honeycomb.
Flavour: Bright notes of citrus and green apple on opening, maritime notes develop, along with a hint of roasted sugar.
Finish: A long aftertaste with plenty of peat lingering.
