Hellyers Road Pinot Noir Single malt received its finish in French oak ( ex-pinot noir barrels ), where it sat for more than 6 months. This has given it an honest aroma, a flavour that feels sweet with hints of lemon and orange, pepper and spice that turns into a conviction of red wine. The finish is fruity and tantalises the senses.
