Typical of Wilson & Morgan:

• first bourbon → fresh & vanilla
• then sherry finish → extra spices and dried fruit

Nose:

• nutty, peppery
• fruity but not overpowering
• light waxy / beeswax notes

Taste:

• dry and spicy (quite ‘tight’)
• orange (fresh + candied)
• grains / biscuit / malt

Finish:

• quite spicy
• peppery and stimulating
• slightly dry

• Body: light → medium
• Style: fresh + spicy + slightly dry
• Sherry influence: present but not heavy
• Alcohol: 46% → slightly more punch than OBs

Important:

• this is not a “sherry bomb”
• rather a dry, elegant Speyside
