The whisky is usually bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration and without the addition of colouring, ensuring that the pure character of the distillation and maturation is fully preserved.

On the nose, this Glendullan opens elegantly and accessibly, with fresh fruity notes of apple, pear and light citrus, complemented by soft vanilla and honey from the oak cask. Subtle floral accents and a hint of spice add extra depth to the aroma. On the palate, the whisky is beautifully balanced, with a creamy and slightly oily mouthfeel. Sweet malt notes are combined with ripe orchard fruit, a touch of caramel and soft spicy influences from the wood, such as white pepper and a hint of nutmeg.
