Tomatin Tomatin Cú Bócan Signature is a beautiful golden-coloured whisky that has been allowed to mature in three different casks. Bourbon, oloroso sherry and finally North American virgin oak casks. The combination of these three casks creates a special end result. Where there emerges an aroma of coconut ice cream paired with the sweet notes of lemon and the smoky character of a smouldering barbecue, ending with strawberries dipped in white chocolate! It features a rich flavour of tart caramel filled with dates, surrounded by a recurring tone of smouldering barbecue. This flows into an aftertaste, full of spice and hints of apple and peach.
