Les Collines du Bourdic is a partnership of about a hundred winegrowers. Everyone undertakes to grow grapes of good quality by planting grape varieties in the terroir most optimal for that variety and protecting the environment. The area extends over 1,600 hectares and includes 10 municipalities, located between Uzès and Nîmes. Appellations are Duche d'Uzes, Pays d'Oc & Cevennes Tasting note: The Viognier grape is at ease in this region of France with a nice aging in oak barrels, a nice concentration and many fruit notes such as peach and apricot. The wood of the barrels provides extra aroma. Friendly soft white wine with light tropical fruit and a long aftertaste. Wine/food: Aperitif, salads with fish or meat, fish dishes, with the BBQ.
