A typical southern French blend in which the spiciness of Syrah blends beautifully with the ripe fruit of Grenache. On the nose, aromas of black cherries, blackberries and Provençal herbs, complemented by light hints of pepper. The palate is smooth and round with ripe red and dark fruit, soft tannins and a warm, spicy finish.

Spicy – smooth – black fruit – pepper – warm.

Barrel ageing:

Vinification mainly in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruity and juicy character, with limited oak influence for extra smoothness.
