Deep dark red colour with black hints. Red berries, spices and liquorice on the nose. Chocolate permeates the palate, which is abundant with rich red fruit and a smooth finish.
A big, powerful colour that goes well with red meat, serve it with grilled steak, roast beef or robust game. Cheddar or cheese platter.
