This gem of the south is also one of the oldest Manzanillas on the market. Its years (7 years on average) under flor give it incredible nuances. Solear, underwritten by six generations of the Barbadillo family, is a Manzanilla with character, full of elegance and finesse. Its years of ageing under flor make it unique.

The perfumed nose is dominated by toasted almonds, dry flowers (chamomile), bread dough and a hint of sea breeze. On the palate, the Solear is medium bodied, fresh and penetrating with a long finish. A subtle Manzanilla, ideal for tapas and sushi but if you want to be innovative and surprising then you should serve this dry sherry with Iberico ham!!!
