A dry sherry produced in Sanlucar de Barrameda, located on the Atlantic coast in the classic sherry-producing region of Jerez, southwest Spain. Aged for 3 years in sherry butts (barrels) under a film of ‘flor’ yeast, which preserves the wine's fresh fruit flavors while imparting its own unique bread-like/brioche notes. Manzanilla is similar in style to Fino sherry, but manzanilla has a unique and subtle spicy salty finish. Extremely dry and refreshing with underlying flavors of fresh citrus fruits and apples.
