The Saint-Véran vineyards stretch out at the foot of the Solutré rock.

Soil:

Clay-limestone soils provide sufficient moisture and deep nourishment.

Vinification:

The harvest is sorted, and the pressings are carefully vinified and blended with other juices. The wine is aged on lees in vats for

12 months.

Tasting notes:

The colour is golden, intense and delicate. The nose combines aromas of fruit

(peaches, pears) and white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle). On the palate, richness, smoothness and elegant freshness are balanced.

Food and wine pairings:

Ideal as an aperitif, but also with white meat, grilled fish, goat's cheese and mature cheeses.
