When our families decided to join forces in the 1990s and make their dreams come true, we planted our first vineyard at Bric Cenciurio, in Roero. The unique soil and microclimate of this parcel, enable the Arneis to fully express its special character. Our first venture, this wine attests to our family’s commitment to excellence. In the cellar, our role is to preserve the characteristics unique to Arneis wines - delicacy, freshness, and elegance with fruity, floral, and herbaceous qualities that finish with pleasant grace. This white wine is an ideal pairing with fish, pasta, vegetables, rice, and delicate dishes. It is a wonderful aperitif,
- A dry white wine, typical of Arneis but slightly more powerful and richer
- Aromas: nectarine, white peach, citrus (grapefruit, zest), a hint of exotic fruit (pineapple)
- Additional notes: chalky, salty and mineral nuances
- Taste: full-bodied, concentrated and powerful, with fresh acidity and a long mineral finish
- Style: richer and fuller than many Arneis, with more “body and tension”
