The grapes were picked in the cool of the night and cold had descended the night before, racks and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After two weeks of fermentation, the wine was clarified and immediately bottled to preserve freshness and purity.
The early harvest has produced a fresh, lively Riesling with a delicate green hue.
Seductive aroma with hints of freshly picked limes, lifted lychee and nectarine.
The palate shows great fruit purity with an incredible, pure acidity. Lots of citrus flavours, lemon zest and a floral intensity that carries through to the bouquet.
