Description
The plots of the Bourgogne Côte d'Or appellation are located on the foothills of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits on clay-limestone soils. Our selection represents 11.53 hectares.
Tasting notes
Cherry red colour with dark ruby highlights.
The nose offers aromas of cherries, blackcurrants and spices.
On the palate, it is round and delicate, with fine tannins, leading to a fresh finish with a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel vats, 20% of the cuvée is aged for 12 months on lees in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
