Stéphane Berg's Pinot Blanc is a fresh, elegant white wine from Alsace, characterised by finesse and drinkability. It is not overly dominated by wood or overripe fruit, but beautifully balanced with pure fruit, subtle minerality and pleasant acidity. The price/quality ratio seems very good, especially for those looking for a pleasant, light white wine to accompany fish or light dishes.
Fresh aroma of citrus fruits (think lime, lemon) and green apples.
