This wine has a ruby red colour. Spicy notes and aromas of cherries and dried figs. It makes a velvety impression with soft tannins and provides a very smooth wine experience.

This Neropasso is produced using a centuries-old process called appassimento, in which the grapes are partially dried in ventilated attics. This causes them to lose about 30% of their moisture. After pressing, this process results in a greater concentration of flavours that contribute to the typical character of this wine.
