Selected vineyards in the region of Carcassonne and Minervois. Grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Cold maceration before pressing the grapes. Aged for 3 months before bottling. Light rose with intense aromas of raspberry, strawberry with a hint of pepper. Dry fresh fruity wine.
