White wine from the Les Collines du Bourdic estate in France, in the Duché d’Uzès – Languedoc/Southern Rhône region.

A rich and elegant white blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. The wine has a floral and complex nose with aromas of white flowers, honey and ripe stone fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and expressive with notes of vanilla, dried fruit and a lovely creamy texture, followed by a long, refined finish. Often compared to a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Taste profile:

Full-bodied – floral – honey – ripe yellow fruit – soft hint of vanilla.

Barrel ageing:

The Roussanne is aged in old oak barrels, which adds extra complexity, roundness and subtle oak influences without becoming overpowering.

Ageing potential:

Enjoyable when young, but develops extra depth with a few years of bottle ageing. Ideal drinking window: 2024–2028.
