TERROIR

Eastern slope of the hill, Rhône river terraces composed of limestone on colluvium.

VINIFICATION

After destemming, traditional vinification takes place with a three-week maceration, interspersed with daily pumping-over procedures to extract all the aromatic richness and structure of the grape variety.

TASTING

The ruby red colour heralds a wine of beautiful intensity. The nose opens with a rich aromatic palette, a blend of blueberry, blackcurrant, cappuccino and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals an elegant and rich power, supported by a harmonious structure with supple tannins and a pleasant persistence.
