Vinification and ageing:

Pneumatic pressing followed by 10 months' ageing, 50%

in vats and 50% in barrels (30% new barrels).

Tasting notes:

Golden colour. This wine develops aromas of pears, quinces and fresh honey. The generous and balanced palate expresses delicate aromas of vanilla and oak with slight toasted notes.
