Tanqueray London Dry Gin was created in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray and is still made today according to the same classic, timeless recipe. He then created Tanqueray No. Ten, which became the standard as the first ultra-premium gin. Tanqueray No. Ten has also won several awards, including recent accolades from World's 50 Best Bars (Drinks International Brand Report 2016). They voted it the trendiest gin, the best-selling gin and the overall favourite drink of bartenders. No. Ten Gin is distilled four times with Tanqueray's standard botanical gin ingredients: juniper, coriander, angelica root and liquorice. Fresh citrus fruits, limes, oranges and pink grapefruit are then added to chamomile flowers in the Tiny Ten, the still that gives the liquid its name. It tastes best with tonic, lots of ice and a slice of pink grapefruit, or with dry vermouth and a hint of pink grapefruit in a perfect martini.
