Vinegar made from our own red Garnacha wines, carefully selected at origin. Traditionally fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for a minimum of 6 months in American oak barrels.

Its flavor, full of character, offers fruity notes and delicate nuances, with a pleasant sweetness and perfectly balanced acidity.
