Our Encruzado single variety is made with grapes carefully selected from two of our vineyards. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 9 months, followed by aging in the bottle. No barrels. Perfect to accompany light meals and seafood, or simply to accompany special moments. The 2022 harvest turned out to be an excellent year, especially for white wines, with healthy and very balanced grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand, after a strict selection process. A minimalist approach in the winery where the grapes were pressed directly, with cold decantation. It fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC and aged for 9 months on fine lees. Color: Citrusy yellow. Aroma: The wine has an aroma of citrus and stone fruit, with lemon, ripe peach, combined with tropical fruit, with mango. Mouth: On the palate the wine presents itself with a pure taste and elegant minerality, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits such as peach and pineapple. It is a wine with a lot of longevity and complexity. Consumption level: Wine with a lot of aging potential. 6200 bottles
