A fresh and fruity Portuguese rosé from Alentejo with aromas of red summer fruits, forest fruits and ripe red plums. Elegant and smooth on the palate, with a lively freshness, soft fruity notes and a pleasantly long, fruity finish. An approachable rosé that is equally at home as an aperitif or with a meal.

Vinification & barrel ageing

After a short maceration of around 12 hours, the wine ferments under temperature control in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures further in stainless steel to retain its fruity and fresh character.

Barrel ageing: no oak ageing.
