Chateau Les Justices has been a speciality of the medeville family since 1710 - unique in Sauternes, as the wine is aged for more than 20 years in small cement tanks and then a further two to three years in bottle before release. This unusual way of working, through its long reduction, enhances the natural fruit flavours of Preignac's wines, with high citrus notes, and makes them almost immortal, carried by a sensational aromatic complexity and an ever-lasting finish.
