Château des Sources is a full, dry white wine with a vibrant straw yellow color. Wonderful scent with notes of nougat, yellow flowers and apricot jam. Taste: ripe peach, apricot and light vanilla. Medium creamy in taste but also equipped with excellent acidity. Oily and nice mouthfeel. Grilled or baked vegetables, pasta, fish, fish in sauce, poultry, poultry and creamy cheeses. At Château des Sources, the work of the vines is done with respect for the ecosystems and the conservation of the underlying water. Here beehives and organic tree production go hand in hand with the vineyard. Water conservation is a major priority on the estate, even more so than elsewhere.
