Charming Chardonnay. Full-bodied and ripe white fruit. Can be enjoyed on its own but finds its partner in creamy dishes with a fresh touch. Perdeberg's Vineyard Collection wines are made from specifically selected vineyards near Paarl, each with their own signature. In some vineyards, irrigation is used to a very limited extent, with further dry viticulture practised to ensure that small and concentrated grapes are produced. The wines are made in an elegant and new world style. Accessible and full of flavour with concentrated fruit flavours of ripe stone fruit, white pear, peach, vanilla and butterscotch. Well structured with a rich, creamy finish.

Food & moment

The wine can be drunk immediately, but can also be left to mature for a few more years. Goes well with lemon chicken, as well as shrimp risotto.
