Vinification / Ageing

Selection of riper grapes with partial ageing in oak barrels to create extra complexity, structure and roundness. Followed by further ageing on fine lees for greater depth and smoothness.

Tasting notes (wine list)

A full-bodied and elegant Chardonnay with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, pineapple and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, toasted nuts and butter. Rich and creamy on the palate with beautifully integrated oak notes, balanced freshness and a long, smooth finish. A characterful Southern French Chardonnay with gastronomic finesse.

Full-bodied, round, creamy, elegant and lightly oaked.
