This cava has a bright golden color with green hues and fine bubbles that lead to a lasting edge. The nose is floral and reminiscent of spring, followed by a light taste of lemon fruit and freshly baked bread. It is discreet with fine bubbles. There is an excellent balance between acidity and fruit which gives it strength and volume. The aftertaste is long and hints of white fruit such as grapefruit. 18 months of aging in the bottle.
