Grape varieties and vinification

This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.The grapes soak for 72 hours at a temperature of 10ºC, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 22º-26ºC for 14 days to preserve the fruity aromas and prevent excessive tannin. The wine rests on the skins for a further 15 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

The wine has a beautiful intense ruby red colour. This Sutil Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of ripe red fruit with a delicate hint of nuts and elegant notes of toast, created by the wood aging. Lovely round tannins on the palette give great structure and balanced volume.
