Pronounced aromas of ripe dates and rum pot, pleasant spices with fine tannins, incredible persistence. Excellent to strong dishes based on truffles & mushrooms, but also accompanies very good rabbit roasts and refined game dishes. The ideal wine to end the evening with a strong cigar. 18 months oak barrel aging.
