The colour is dark violet. The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit enlivened with notes of spice. The fresh, fruity fleshy mouthfeel is nicely balanced and the tannins are silky. The syrah, grenache and mourvèdre are picked at optimum maturity, de-stemmed and vinified in stainless steel cylindrical cuves at controlled temperature. The wine is then assembled and aged for 10 months in traditional concrete cuves.
