Colour: chestnut with a dark orange glow. Nose: dark and sweet, aromas of molasses get relief of roast notes and winey and ripe accents. Flavour: notes of coffee with sugar, chestnuts, sultanas, dark chocolate, muscovado sugar and hints of fermented fruit. The long finish is pleasantly sweet and thick with clear influences of the sherry finish.
