Aurora is a limited release on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of Stokerij De Molenberg.

Morning has gold in the mouth, the producers of Sauternes wines also know that. By harvesting their grapes in the fall, the morning dew provides extra sweet grapes.

This whiskey first matured in Bourbon and Anker barrels, followed by a finish of 18 months in Sauternes barrels. These release full-bodied notes of honey and apple during ripening. With a full, dry aftertaste, Aurora fits perfectly with a sweet dessert.
