Folle Blanche is a limited release on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of Stokerij De Molenberg. Since the opening of the visitor center on November 23, 2014, a special anniversary edition has traditionally been released from our maturing warehouses.

Folle Blanche is a French white grape variety from which cognac is made. The high acidity of this grape is reflected in distillates in the refined, perfumed aromas. This whiskey first matured in Bourbon and Anker barrels, followed by a long-term finish of three years in cognac barrels. They release full-bodied notes of wood and vanilla during ripening. In the nose you will recognize surprisingly floral and fruity notes, rounded off with a finale of honey and leather.
