An Cnoc 18 years Single Malt has matured in both American ex-Bourbon casks and European ex-sherry casks. Gentle spiciness with the intense sweetness of dried fruits with chocolate, ripe oranges and oiled leather. Full-bodied, oily flavours of aromatic herbs, candied lemon, followed by strong vanilla, honey and caramel. Peppery, warm finish.
