Del Professore Rosso is an Italian vermouth, made from 100% Italian wines. Thanks to the addition of thirteen different herbs from the Alps, the drink gains a beautiful complexity. The vermouth is produced in New Castle Don Bosco in the famous Quaglia distillery.
