Grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other varieties

Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red colour

intense; on the nose, clear perfume of red fruit, with accents

of vanilla and cocoa. Warm, velvety and full-bodied in the mouth. It has

good persistence due to the optimal combination of

extracts and phenolic substances

Gastronomic pairings: all meat dishes, such as

traditional local ones

Ageing potential: 4/6 years after harvest.
