This cuvée dedicated to the Vacqueyras appellation highlights the full potential of this wine. Benefiting from a privileged environment at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, wines from organic vines have a real climatic advantage, as well as a rich terroir of garrigue and pebbles. Indeed, in Vacqueyras it is warm all year round, which allows the pebbles to redistribute the heat to the vines throughout the night. The regular wind of this typical climate also makes it possible to clear the plots, thus favoring the development of vines in organic farming.
