Vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of max. 28°C with a maceration period of at least 20 days. Matured in big and small oak barrels for a total of 15 months, then in bottles for at least 6 months.

Intense ruby red colour with ample garnet reflections. Notes of ripe fruit, tobacco, spices, candied citrus peel and mineral notes. Elegant on the palate, dense tannins well blended with spices and red fruits. Very persistent and pleasant in the finish.

Ideal with grilled meat dishes, roasts, game, braised meats, well-aged cheeses and tasty first courses.
