THE CASAMIGOS TEQUILA PROCESS Agaves: The finest 100% Blue Weber agaves are hand selected, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Jalisco Highlands in Mexico. Slow Cooking: The agave piñas are roasted for 72 hours in traditional stone ovens. Proprietary yeast: The master distiller uses a special yeast mixture which results in the consistent, refined taste. Extra slow fermentation: The unique taste is the result of an 80-hour fermentation process. Almost double what is standard. CASAMIGOS REPOSADO Aged for 7 months. Soft, with slightly oaky notes and hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long soft finish.
