A dry sherry produced in Sanlucar de Barrameda, located on the Atlantic coast in the classic sherry producing region in Jerez, south-west Spain. Matured for 3 years in sherry butts (barrels) under a film of 'flor' yeast which retains the fresh fruit flavors of the wine whilst imparting its own unique bready/brioche notes. Exceptionally dry and refreshing with fresh citrus and apple flavors underpinned by subtle hints of fresh bread and brioche.
