This traditional sake has a beautifully balanced and full-bodied taste. Slightly sweet and refreshing taste with a spicy touch and a rather dry aftertaste. This classic 'all-rounder' sake can be served hot (30-40°c) or cold (5-10°c), as an accompaniment to both meat and fish preparations.
