Grapes from previously selected vineyards follow strict ripening control before the harvest decision. In the cellar it follows the process of total desengace and light pre-fermentative maceration, a clarification for 18 to 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC is then started, followed by a light and partial phase in French oak barrels with "batônnage sur lies". The varieties were monitored separately during the internship and the final batch was carried out only with the best wines evaluated in the spring. The final dilution is obtained via the bottles in the cellar for 3 months. This wine is stabilized naturally to preserve all its harmony and varietal characteristics. For this reason, you can create a deposit with the time in the bottle, which does not affect its quality. Crystalline appearance, greenish to golden color. Intense aroma, complex, elegant character suggesting notes of tropical fruit, dwarfs and light vanilla, with subtle presence of French oak. Structured, generous, harmonious and balanced on the palate. Soft palate, refreshing through acidity and persistent for citrus and tropical fruits in the long end. To accompany fish dishes, boiled seafood or grilled meat dishes.
