Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle. The nose offers concentration, sweet tooth. It reveals notes of blackberry, roasted notes and small notes of vanilla, cassis associated with small hints of ripe strawberry / cherry, as well as very discreet notes of sweet spices and a very discreet touch of Sichuan pepper. In the mouth it is juicy, fruity, well balanced, quite direct and offers a nice acidity, a slight tension, precision, sweet tooth. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy and ripe blackberries and raspberries and small notes of cassis combined with notes of juicy blueberries, flowers, licorice, light notes of vanilla, as well as very discreet notes of cardamom and black olives. The tannins are very firm and discreetly soft. Good aftertaste.
