Terroir
Clay-limestone soils on the surface then dominance of sand on the clay, band fine sand, sandstone, signature of our domain.
Winemaking
Sulfur-free vinification in whole clusters, in stainless steel vats. Extraction lightweight, by winding only. For vatting, the grapes were macerated a short fortnight then pressed with assembly of juices drop and press for an end of fermentation and an aging of a few months in vat.
Tasting
A real treat, the fruit dominates from the start with notes of blackberries, blackcurrant, wild strawberry. The palate is surprising, the small fruits remain present and combine perfectly with the spices provided by the whole bunch. Delicate wine, with a lovely texture and lots of depth.
