The Abeille de Fieuzal 2020 is characterized by a yellow lemon appearance with silver accents combined with a delicate shine. The aromas are numerous, typical of Abeille blanc with an introduction of chamomile, mimosa, buttercup; they evolve into notes of white flesh such as pear, quince, pineapple and end with nuances of bitter orange, clementine and lemon. The mouth really has two dimensions with an entrance slightly silky, then an exquisite freshness that extends this very pure and elegant mouth. This wine discreetly accompanies spicy dishes and seafood.
